Start of a tour
Tours depart from Ieper (=Ypres in French). People staying in or close to Ieper can be picked up at their accommodation. People coming to Ieper by car or train will be given a meeting place (Car park, Tourist Information Office, Train Station ...).
If possible, we do pick up people in other cities.
Train connections
-To get to Ieper from Bruges (Brugge), you need to take the train to Kortijk (Courtrai), en then take a connecting train to Poperinge, Ieper is the pen-ultimate stop.
-To get to Ieper from Brussels, you need to take the train to Gent-Sint-Pieters, en then take a connecting train to Poperinge, Ieper is the pen-ultimate stop.
-From Ghent (Gent) there is a direct train to Poperinge, Ieper is the pen-ultimate stop.
-From Lille (France) you will have to go from Lille Flandres train station to Kortrijk (Courtrai), then take a connecting train to Poperinge, Ieper is the pen-ultimate stop.

Tour cancellation:

If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, 2Xplore Tours only liability will be to refund to the customer the amount received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
